Meet the Facilitators
Dr. Jarvis Sulcer and Sonja Sulcer have been happily married for over 20 years and have one beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Zofia. Their mission is to encourage couples to maximize their potential as a family and as business owners so that they can impact their community. Over the years, they have led a Life Group for couples and believe healthy families are the cornerstone of strong communities. This is the primary motivation for launching Creative Couples Think Like A Team.
Dr. Jarvis and Sonja Sulcer also understand the work, commitment, and challenges involved in building a Christ-centered marriage and at the same time launching a business. They have started and launched a few businesses including XCEL Educator Services, Catered4U, SEAT Caribbean, and most recently, SONJARZO LLC, an innovation consulting company.
While Sonja leans toward ideating, Jarvis likes to clarify and make sure they are solving the right problem. This has led to joy and frustration over the years. Now that they understand their creative thinking mindset, they are able to problem-solve more effectively.
